How Warehouse Services Work
Goods Sourcing from China
We receive goods from any Chinese supplier at our Shenzhen warehouse. We inspect, photograph, and report on condition. Temporarily store until all shipments are complete, then consolidate into one container to save shipping costs.
International Freight to Dubai
We ship your container by sea (15-18 days) or air (3-5 days) to Jebel Ali Port. We provide container number and real-time tracking. We handle customs clearance and entry into the free zone duty-free.
Receiving & Storage in Dubai
We unload, inspect goods, and enter them into our Warehouse Management System (WMS). You receive a detailed receiving report with photos. Your goods are now ready for distribution โ customs duty-free.
Order Fulfillment
When a customer order comes in, we pick the product from inventory, pack it, and apply the shipping label. We prepare the shipment and hand it to the courier. Everything is documented โ you see every step.
Delivery & Financial Settlement
