  • "Client": Any individual or legal entity using the Company's services.
  • "Services": All sea freight, air freight, customs clearance, delivery, and warehousing services offered by the Company.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Website or requesting any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our Website or Services.

3. Services Provided

The Company provides the following services:

  • Sea freight (Full Container Load FCL and Less than Container Load LCL).
  • Air freight for urgent and high-value cargo.
  • Customs clearance at GCC ports of entry.
  • Assistance with obtaining conformity certificates (SASO/SABER/ESMA).
  • Warehousing and redistribution from our Dubai warehouses.
  • Door-to-door delivery services (DDP).

4. Quotations & Pricing

  • All quotations provided are valid for 7 business days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices are subject to change based on freight rate fluctuations, fuel surcharges, and customs duties.
  • The base price does not include customs duties and taxes at the destination country unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • The final price is confirmed upon booking the shipment.

5. Client Responsibilities

The Client undertakes to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about the goods (weight, dimensions, origin, value).
  • Submit the required shipping and customs clearance documents in a timely manner.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the country of origin and the country of destination.
  • Not ship any prohibited or dangerous goods without prior disclosure and obtaining the necessary approvals.
  • Bear responsibility for any delays or fines resulting from inaccurate information or incomplete documentation.

6. Customs Clearance

  • The Company makes every effort to facilitate customs clearance but does not guarantee a specific clearance timeframe, as this depends on the customs authorities of the destination country.
  • Any customs duties, taxes, or fines imposed by customs authorities are at the Client's expense.
  • In case of refusal of entry or seizure of goods, the Company assumes no liability unless it results from proven negligence by the Company.

7. Payment Terms

  • Payments are accepted in the following currencies: Saudi Riyal (SAR), UAE Dirham (AED), Chinese Yuan (CNY).
  • Payment terms are agreed upon at booking confirmation (advance payment, upon shipment, upon arrival, etc.).
  • In case of late payment, the Company reserves the right to hold the goods until the full amount due is received.
  • All bank charges and transfer fees are borne by the Client unless otherwise agreed.

8. Limitations of Liability

  • The Company's liability for any loss or damage to goods is limited to the limits set forth in applicable international transport conventions (such as the Hague-Visby Rules or the Montreal Convention).
  • The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as loss of profits or business opportunities).
  • The Company is not liable for delays caused by force majeure, including but not limited to: natural disasters, wars, strikes, government actions, or severe weather conditions.

9. Cargo Insurance

It is strongly recommended that the Client insures their goods. The Company can arrange insurance on behalf of the Client at an additional cost. If insurance is not requested, goods are shipped at the Client's own risk.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website β€” including text, images, logos, graphics, and databases β€” is the exclusive property of GCC Freight and is protected by intellectual property laws. No part of the Website may be copied, reproduced, or published without prior written permission.

11. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Website for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the Website or its servers.
  • Send spam or viruses through contact forms.
