Pricing & Costs
Prices vary depending on several factors: shipping mode (sea/air), weight and volume of cargo, destination port/airport, and service type (door-to-door or port-to-port). Generally, sea freight for a 20ft container starts from $1,500, while air freight is calculated per kilogram starting from $4/kg. Contact us via WhatsApp for an accurate, detailed quote within 24 hours.
Yes, we offer DDP (Door-to-Door) service where the price includes sea or air freight, customs clearance at the destination country, and delivery to your warehouse. We always emphasize full transparency — no hidden fees and no surprises upon delivery.
We accept payments in multiple currencies to facilitate transactions: UAE Dirham (AED), Saudi Riyal (SAR), and Chinese Yuan (CNY). Direct bank transfer or other secure payment methods are available. We do not accept USD payments and do not display the $ symbol on our website.
Yes, some goods require special handling such as batteries, liquids, electronic products, or items needing special certificates. We inform you of any additional charges in advance before confirming the shipment, and we never impose any charges not agreed upon.
Absolutely. We can provide a preliminary cost estimate based on cargo specifications (type, estimated weight, dimensions, destination port). This helps you calculate the total cost and make your purchasing decision with confidence.
Transit Time & Scheduling
Transit time depends on the destination port: Jeddah (Saudi Arabia) 18–25 days, Dubai/Jebel Ali (UAE) 12–18 days, Doha (Qatar) 20–28 days, Kuwait 22–30 days, Muscat (Oman) 18–26 days, Bahrain 16–22 days. This duration covers only sea transit and does not include customs clearance, which may take an additional 3–7 days.
Air freight takes 3–7 days from China to the destination airport in the Gulf, including customs clearance. For extremely urgent cargo, express shipping can be arranged within 2–3 days at a higher cost.
We operate 6 days a week (Saturday to Thursday) in China. Friday is a day off. During major Chinese holidays such as Spring Festival (January/February) and Labor Day (May 1), shipments may be delayed due to factory and port closures. We advise planning ahead during these periods.
Yes, we provide real-time tracking for your shipment at every stage: from cargo pickup in China, through shipping, arrival at the port, customs clearance, and final delivery. You receive a tracking number that you can share with your team.
We continuously monitor weather conditions and port status. In case of delays, we notify you immediately and provide alternative options if available. We cannot control natural factors, but we guarantee transparent communication at all times.
Customs Clearance & Certifications
SABER (Saudi Product Safety Program) is the mandatory system for products imported into Saudi Arabia. Most consumer goods, electrical items, and electronics require a conformity certificate. We offer full assistance in obtaining SABER/SASO certificates from accredited bodies, and we guide you on which products need certificates and which do not.
ESMA (Emirates Authority for Standardization and Metrology) is the body responsible for standards and measurements in the UAE. Some products (electrical, electronic, food) require an ESMA certificate. We help you determine if your cargo needs this certificate and facilitate the procedures to obtain it.
Yes, this is one of our key strengths. We handle all customs clearance procedures at the port of arrival on your behalf. We are certified customs brokers in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, and we know local procedures precisely. All you need to do is provide the required documents (invoice, packing list, certificates) and we handle the rest.
Basic documents: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading. Depending on the cargo type, additional certificates such as SABER or ESMA may be required. We send you a detailed list of required documents based on your cargo type before shipping.
In the rare event of a hold, we communicate directly with customs to identify the reason and resolve it as quickly as possible. We know officials at major ports and can negotiate to resolve customs issues. We keep you informed at every step.
Allowed & Restricted Goods
Prohibited items include: narcotics, weapons and ammunition, pornographic materials, anti-Islamic materials, pork and pork products, openly counterfeit goods, and goods violating intellectual property rights. We review your cargo in advance to avoid any issues.
Yes, they can be shipped but require special handling. Lithium batteries are classified as dangerous goods (DG) and require special packaging and certificates. We specialize in shipping electronics and batteries and know the procedures required for each airline and shipping line.
Liquids and chemicals require MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) certificates and classification as dangerous or non-dangerous goods. We review each case individually and determine the requirements. Some simple liquids (such as cosmetics) can be shipped more easily.
Yes, we handle all types of goods including clothing, shoes, accessories, household items, toys, and consumer products. These are among the most common goods we ship daily. We also offer quality inspection services in China before shipping.
Goods with registered trademarks require official import permission from the trademark owner or their authorized agent in the destination country. If you do not have this permission, you may face customs issues. We advise consulting with us before purchasing such goods.
